ADAMS, GERALD JOESPH, JR.

Gerald Joesph Adams, Jr. passed away Wednesday, June 22, 2011, at his residence 
at the age of 57.

He was a faithful husband to Edna Adams; wonderful father to three boys, John, 
Kenneth and Joey and four daughters, Michele, Deanna, Natalie and Stacy. Gerald 
was a beloved sibling to his brother, Terry; four sisters, Jeanette, Annie, 
Denise and Gay and was an amazing grandfather to eight grandchildren and the 
best friend of Leon Lala. 

He was preceded in death by his brother, Nester; his mother, Ethel and his 
father, Gerald, Sr.

Gerald was a bright light in the lives of those who knew him and will forever 
remain with us in our hearts and minds. A loyal friend and honest dependable 
businessman, he was always fair and loved by all.

A funeral Mass will be said at 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 29 from the chapel of D.T. 
Williams Funeral Home, located at Hickory Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 67525 
Highway 41, Pearl River, with visitation from 11 a.m. until service time. 
Interment will follow at Hickory Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Pearl River.

In lieu of flowers, donations are preferred to the Alzheimer Association, 225 
Michigan Ave. 17th Floor, Chicago, IL.
