EDWARD T. EMERSON, of Slidell, LA, passed away on Sunday, June 26, 2011 at his 
home in Slidell, LA.

Beloved husband of Deborah Daughtrey Emerson for the past 40 years.
Father of Chris Emerson and Nick Emerson.
Son of Janice Emerson and the late Charles Emerson.
Brother of Kenneth Emerson, Donna Tucker and the late Shirley Bosarge.
Also survived by 2 grandchildren; Mikey and Zachary Emerson.

Age 60 years; a native of Pascagoula, MS and a resident of Slidell since 1985. 

Mr. Emerson graduated from University of Southern Mississippi; he served his 
country in the US Army during the Vietnam conflict and was the owner of 
Professional Image in Slidell, LA.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at 
HONAKER FUNERAL HOME, 1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), Slidell, 
LA on Thursday, June 30, 2011 from 5:00pm until 9:00pm and on Friday from 9:00am 
until 11:00am. Funeral services will follow at 11:00am. 
Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. 

Donations to: The American Cancer Society at www.cancer.org is preferred, in 
lieu of flowers.
