WILLARD FRANCIS GUILLOT JR, 68, a longtime resident of St. Bernard Parish, and a 
resident of Slidell since 2005, passed away on Sunday, June 19, 2011, surrounded 
by his entire family. 

Beloved Husband of Barbara Links Guillot for the past 49 years; Father of 
Willard Guillot III(Myrty), Klabert Guillot (Beverly), Jeanne Guillot Caillouet 
(Shawn), and Charmin Guillot Laine (Eddie); Son of the late Willard Guillot Sr. 
and Muriel Lacoste Guillot; Brother of Audrey Nunez Phillips (Melvin), Benjamin 
Guillot Sr (Edie), and the late Glenn Guillot (Celina); Also survived by eleven 
grandchildren: Willard IV, and Glenn Guillot II, Klabert Jr and Taylor Guillot, 
Mason, Seth and Eli Caillouet, Eddie, Emily, Abby and James Laine; two great-
grandchildren: Willard V and Alahna Rae, and many loving nieces, nephews, and 
friends. 
Preceded in death by a brother-in-law: Glenn Nunez

Relatives, friends of the family, friends and associates of Cow Town Saloon, 
Guillots Bar, and Haircolor Headquarters Salon, are invited to attend the 
funeral. 
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 1050 
Robert Blvd, Slidell, on Wednesday, June 22, 2011, at 11:00am. Friends may visit 
at the church on Wednesday beginning at 9:00am. 
Burial will be in Metairie Cemetery.
