HIGGINS, JEAN RANDALL 
(September 21, 1938 - June 30, 2011)

Jean Randall Higgins passed away on Thursday, June 30, 2011.

Beloved sister of Lois Velez. Mother of Kevin Higgins, Jr., Siobhan, Brendan, 
Brita, Kyle and Lavelle Higgins. Also survived by 8 grandchildren. Daughter of 
the late Millard and Margie Randall. 
Age 72 years.

A resident of Mandeville, LA for the past 35 years.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral service 
from E.J. Fielding Funeral Home Inc., 2260 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 70433 on 
Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at 6:00 PM. Visitation from 4:00 PM until service time.
