ROSEANNE FAZON JACOB, age 76 years, of Slidell, LA passed away on Wednesday, 
June 1, 2011 .

Beloved Wife of John K. Jacob for the past 53 years.

Mother of Susan Jacob, Christopher Jacob(Ginger), Brandon Jacob(Kelly) and Jayme 
Jacob. Sister of the late George Fazon.
Also survived by 2 grandchildren, Kyle Jacob and Shane Jacob.

A native of Perth Amboy, N.J. She attended the College of William and Mary and 
was a 1957 Cum Laude graduate of the University of Connecticut. She was a member 
of the Kappa Alpha Theta National Sorority. She was a member of Cross Gates 
Athletic Club participating in the Women's Tennis Association and was active in 
league play. 
She was a volunteer at the Northshore Regional Medical Center for over 20 years. 

She was a longtime and dedicated parishioner of St. Lukes, serving as a 
Eucharistic Minister and co-cordinator for the hospital ministry.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at 
St. Luke the Evangelist Catholic Church, 910 Cross Gates Blvd, Slidell, LA on 
Monday, June 6, 2011 at 12:00 O'Clock Noon.

Interment in FOREST LAWN CEMETERY.

Visitation at the church on Monday morning after 10:30 A.M. until funeral time.

Donations to the Good Samaritan Ministry, 910 Cross Gates Blvd., Slidell, La. 
70461 or to the American Cancer Society, preferred, in lieu of flowers.
