Carlos W. Miller, Jr., age 61, passed away Friday, June 24, 2011 after a long 
illness at his home in Covington surrounded by his loving family.

The beloved husband of June Montgomery Miller for 41 years, he was the loving 
father of Keith J. Miller and Kevin W. Miller (Summer). "Pops" was so proud of 
his grandchildren: Matthew, Preston, Jessica, Grace and Molly Miller. He is 
survived by his mother, Peggy Prats Hammond and was the brother of Dennis Miller 
(Marion), Diane Montgomery (Paul), Steven Hammond and the late Joseph Monier.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral mass at 
3:00 PM on Monday, June 27, 2011 at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st 
Ave. Covington, LA 70433.
Visiting hours will begin Monday at 1:00 PM.

Interment at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens in Covington will take place at a later 
date.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Covington Food Bank, 840 N. 
Columbia St. Covington, LA 70433 or to the St. Vincent de Paul Society.
