Born on March 19, 1957, David is lovingly remembered by his beloved wife, Barbara. Preceded in death by his older brother, Bill and survived by brothers, Al (Claire) and Lenny, and many nieces and nephews. He also leaves to mourn him sisters-in-law, Becky (Marty) of Canada, Carol of Arkansas, Mary Ann of California, and brother-in-law Tim (Carol) of Ohio. David was a graduate of Covington High School and went on to become a police officer. David was a member of The Blue Knights Motorcycle Club and The Knights of Columbus at St. Jane Catholic Church in Abita Springs. Hoot had true four loves in his life; his Harley, his wife, his Tennessee Squires and his loving little dachshund, Princess. He also leaves his others doggies; Rufus, Buck and Dukie-do. We would like to thank all of those who have looked after and supported Hoot these past eight months; Northshore Specialty Hospital - especially "Mark"; The Lakeview Regional Medical Center ICU department; and David's oldest friend Captain David Hanson of the STPSO. And as Hoot whispered to us once - give special thanks to "the little buddy". Barb couldn't have made it without you!
