Stephen Phillip Valentino passed away peacefully from this world on Thursday, 
June 2, 2011.

Born December 13, 1952, he is preceded in death by his father, Louis Morris 
Valentino; his mother, Joan Suzette Vallade Valentino; and his brother, Kenneth 
Paul Valentino.

Steve leaves to cherish his memory sisters Sylvia Ann and Barbara Suzanne 
Valentino; niece, JoBeth and nephew Michael Valentino to whom he is 
affectionately known as "Captain" and a host of friends and family.

He was a native of New Orleans and a resident of Covington for the past 16 
years.

Steve's hobbies included watching classic westerns, classic horror movies, the 3 
Stooges, Halloween and costuming.

Relatives and friends are invited to the funeral services at E.J. Fielding 
Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 on Monday, June 6, 2011at 
1:00 PM with visitation on Monday from 11:00 AM until service time.

Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Mr. Valentino be 
made to the American Cancer Society.
