Exzilda "Sue" Impastato, 95, of Slidell, passed away Saturday, July 23, 2011, in 
Slidell. 

The mother of Vincent Impastato, Joseph A. Impastato Jr., Conchetta I. Darce, 
and Cynthia Dunne, she was the daughter of the late Seymour and Mary Eva 
Strikmiller and sister of Warren Strikmiller, Dorothy S. Kramer, Bernadine S. 
Wagner, the late Leslie Strikmiller, and Violet S. Doan. She is also survived by 
twelve grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-
grandchildren.

She was a native of New Orleans, and a resident of St. Tammany Parish since 
1978.

The funeral services were held yesterday at Honaker Funeral Home, Slidell.
Interment was in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
