LAFONT, DENNIS JOSEPH 
(January 27, 1941 - July 7, 2011)

Dennis J. LaFont passed away on Thursday, July 7, 2011 at age 70.

Beloved husband of 48 years to Glenda Ramirez LaFont. Loving father of Nicole 
LaFont Norris. Grandfather of Isabella Grace Caminita, Jack Christian Caminita, 
Chloe Cecile Norris. Step-grandfather of Vivien Nicole Norris, Haley Victoria 
Norris, Abby Elizabeth Norris and Ella Louise Norris. Preceded in death by two 
beloved brothers, Michael Louis and Randy Joseph LaFont.

Mr. LaFont was a U.S. Marine and retired from Procter and Gamble after 35 years 
of service. He was a native of Gretna, LA and a resident of Covington for the 
past 13 years.

Relatives and friends are invited to the funeral services at E.J. Fielding 
Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 on Tuesday, July 12, 
2011at 12:00 noon with visitation on Tuesday from 10:00 AM until Mass time.

Interment will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Mr. LaFont be 
made to the American Heart Association.
