O'BRIEN, JEFFREY A 
February 24, 1963 - July 5, 2011 	

Jeffrey Allen O'Brien passed away on Tuesday, July 5, 2011 at the age of 48. 

A native of Redwood City, California and a resident of Mandeville, LA. 

Beloved father of Cristen Averette. Son of the late Dennis O'Brien and Mary 
Lucile Moore. Brother of Gary O'Brien.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Services in the Chapel 
of Bagnell & Son Funeral Home, 75212 Lee Road (Hwy. 437), Covington, LA 70435 on 
Saturday, July 16, 2011 at 12:30 pm. Visitation from 10:30 am until service 
time.
