HOWARD POTTS, of Carriere, MS, passed away on Sunday, July 31, 2011 at Ochsner 
Northshore Hospital in Slidell, LA. 

Beloved husband of Carolyn Spano Price Potts. Father of Jason Potts (Michelle). 
Step-father of Stacey Mangiaracina (Michael), Dana Umberger (Jamie) and Melissa 
Price. He was the son of the late Mack and Dora Tidwell Potts. 
He is survived by his brother, Roy Potts (Gayle) of Lyles,TN, his sister Veda 
Mai Martin of Lyles, TN. and his aunt Edna Marie Tidwell of Bon Aqua, TN. 
He was preceded in death by three brothers, Maxie Ray Potts, Jack Potts and 
Johnny Lee Potts. 
Also survived by 1 step-grandchild; Steven Mangiaracina. 

Age 67 years; 
a native of Lyles, TN, a former resident of Slidell, LA and a resident of 
Carriere, MS since 2004. 
Howard served his country in the US Army and an employee at Conoco-Phillips.

A memorial service will be held at New Hope Baptist Church in Bon Aqua, TN, 
10244 New Hope Church Rd, Bon Aqua, TN 37025 (931)670-5333 on Saturday, August 
6th, at 11:00 A.M.
