PERKINS, DELORIS MARIE 
(June 24, 1946 - August 22, 2011)

DELORIS MARIE PERKINS, 65, of Abita Springs, LA, passed away on Monday, August 
22, 2011.

Daughter of the late Melvin and Helen Perkins; sister of Brenda Stogner, and 
the late Christine Perkins. Aunt of Hope Ferguson (Bradley), and April Stogner, 
Timothy Stogner (Wendy); great-aunt of Hannah Ferguson, Justis Hinton, Joshua 
Hinton, Mason Stogner, and Payton Stogner; and lifetime friend Allida Cordova.

A native of Fredrick, MD, a longtime resident of Chalmette, and a resident of 
Abita Springs since 2006.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral. 

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Luke the Evangelist Catholic Church, 
910 Crossgates Blvd, in Slidell, on Saturday, August 27, 2011, at 12:00pm. 

Friends may visit at the church on Saturday beginning at 10:00am. 
Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
