Karen Tilton Heidenthal, 60, of Slidell, went home to be with the Lord Friday, 
Sept. 23, 2011. 

She was the beloved wife of David Heidenthal and an amazing mother to Matthew 
Heidenthal, Mark Heidenthal, Tammy Heidenthal, and Rachel Heidenthal; daughter 
of Telford R. Tilton and the late Alice Tilton and sister of Pamela Dickenson. 

Karen had a gentle and sweet spirit. She loved the Lord with all of her heart 
and lived her life following His ways. Her love for God and her family were the 
most important to her, and she enjoyed each moment of life with them. She was a 
true and faithful wife and a devoted mother who focused entirely on the 
important things in life.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the memorial services 
at 6 p.m. today at First Christian Church.

Visitation will be held on from 4 p.m. until service time. 

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions to Bethesda Ministries, 1338 Gause 
Blvd., Suite 204, Slidell, La. 70458, preferred.
