KENNEDY

Harvey E. Kennedy, Jr. passed away Sunday, Sept. 4, 2011, at his residence at 
the age of 78.

He worked for the United States Dept. of Agriculture in forestry research. He 
was a member of First Baptist Church in Pearl River, and member of the Masonic 
Lodge.

Mr. Harvey is survived by his wife of 56 years, Alberta Thomas Kennedy; two 
children, Richard Ellis Kennedy and Suzanne Kennedy; a brother, Richard Eugene 
Kennedy and a sister, Carol Kennedy and four grandchildren. He was preceded in 
death by his parents, Harvey E. Kennedy, Sr. and Sidonia Crawford Kennedy.

Funeral services will be held at noon tomorrow from the chapel of D.T. Williams 
Funeral Home, 67525 Hwy. 41, Pearl River. Visitation is from 11 a.m. until 
service time at the funeral home. 
Interment to follow at Audubon Cemetery, Pearl River.
