Brenda Sue Miller Toro of Slidell, transitioned to her heavenly home, 
peacefully, at home with her daughter, Michelle and lifelong friend, Lula 
Johnson Sept. 16, 2011. 

She is survived by one daughter, Michelle (Victor Jr.) Lewis of Lacombe and 
three sons, James (Tonya) Miller Sr., Calvin Miller and Michael Miller of 
Slidell. She is also survived by three sisters, Diane (Nathaniel) Ambo of Bay 
St. Louis, Miss., Lisa (Ozell) Pearson of Slidell, and Willie Mae (Major) 
Johnson of Brookhaven, Miss.; two brothers, Morris (Viola) Miller Jr., and 
Robert (Lydia) Miller of Slidell; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren 
and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held yesterday at Macedonia Baptist Church, Slidell. 
DoyleÕs Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
