Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/sttammany/obits/dateobits/2011/st1109.htm and click to view list of photos. ========== JAMES LEMKE WARDEN, born June 4, 1964, a native and lifelong resident of Slidell, LA, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, September 26, 2011. He was the loving and full-time father of Jacquelin Lacey Warden and was the beloved son of John and Kay Lemke Warden. He was the owner and operator of Creative Picture Framing, Inc. for the past 16 years. He also owned and operated Creative Sound Recording Studio in Slidell, LA. He loved taking and printing pictures, and playing drums. He played drums in the stage band all four years while he attended Salmen High School, graduating in 1982. He was a very talented drummer and was previously the drummer for Northshore Church of Slidell. He was a former employee of USBI for over 10 years. He is also survived by his sister, Helen Warden, Slidell; brother, John Warden, Jr. (Judy), Oneonta, AL; sister, Linda Warden-Sebastian (Alex), Beaver, PA. His nephews, Terence Fallon, Jr., Daniel, Lance and Jacob Warden; nieces, Brandi Young and Jessica Warden Alldredge; and also 3 great nephews and 4 great nieces. He is pre-deceased by his grandparents, Archie and Myrtle Kent Lemke and Bert and Helen Mow Warden and Jessie Hoff Warden. Jim will be greatly missed by everyone he came in contact with. He was the best friend of all who knew him. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME, 1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), Slidell, LA on Saturday, October 1, 2011 at 11:00am. Rev. Larry McEwen will be officiating. Visitation will be from 9:00am until 11:00am. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
