DAVID HAWK, 76, of Slidell, LA on Friday, October 28, 2011. 

Beloved Husband of Joy Edwards Hawk;
Father of Lynda Hawk Cobb (husband John), Dr. Lisa Kathryn Hawk (husband 
Charles Hazouri);
Son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Millard W. Hawk;
Brother of the late James Hawk, and Robert Hawk; Also survived by one 
grandchild: John David Cobb.

A native of Syracuse, New York, and a resident of Slidell for the past 30 
years. Private Memorial services will be held at a later date.
