CAMILLE KOZIARA, 59, of Slidell, LA, passed away on Friday, October 28, 2011.

Beloved Wife of Michael Koziara;
Daughter of the late Arthur and Lauretta Weber;

A native of Chicago, Illinois, and a resident of Slidell since 1983.

Camille is survived by her Auntie, Delores Zalewski and many adoring cousins 
and friends all of Chicago. Also, she is survived by her special Slidell 
friends, Mary & Eric DuBuisson, Chris & Ed Massett, Sue & Dave Claverie, Joan 
Dilkey, Carla & Frank Jackson, Sharron & Bill Newton, and Lillian & Ron 
Willliams. Their love and support will never be forgotten.

All former collegues and customers of Camille’s during her 28 year banking 
career are invited to join us in celebrating her life.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, November 2, 2011, at 6:30pm at 
DuBuisson Gallery, 300 Robert Street, Slidell LA 70458. Friends may pay their 
respects beginning at 6:00pm.

Mike would like to thank Dr. Gus Suarez, and his staff, Nurse Lisa and all the 
staff of Notre Dame Hospice, and Dr. Diana Gillmore for their wonderful care 
and concern.

Donations to Notre Dame Hospice of Slidell, Hospice Foundation of the South, or 
MD Anderson Cancer Center preferred, in lieu of flowers.
