RICHARDSON

The Rev. Samuel Richardson, 73, a native and resident of Amite, passed away 
Oct. 2, 2011.

He is survived by his wife, Dorothy J. Richardson of Amite; son, Thaddeus 
Richardson of Covington; three daughters, Denisia Harrell of Hammond, Veronica 
Richardson and Emmy Richardson, both of Amite; five brothers, Earl Richarson of 
Amite, Emmitt Richardson of Kenner, Joseph Richardson of Amite, Darnell 
Richardson of Hammond and Nathaniel Richardson of Amite; sister Helen S. 
Williams of Houston, Texas and 18 grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend funeral services at 11 a.m. 
tomorrow at Saintsville COGIC, 8930 Plank Road, Baton Rouge.

There will be two visitations today. The first is from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. today 
at Richardson Funeral Home, 1601 W. Thomas St., Hammond, and the second 
visitation will be from 4 – 7 p.m. today at Gordon Richardson Temple of 
Deliverance COGIC, 10390 Highway 1045, Amite.

Richardson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
