WALTER M. SEYMOUR, of Slidell, LA, passed away on Monday, October 24, 2011 at 
Slidell Memorial Hospital.

Beloved husband of Joyce Duffy Seymour for the past 64 years.
Father of Darlene Rudiger and Gary Seymour.
Son of the late Carl Seymour and Elma and Melville Coate.
Also survived by 7 grandchildren; Vittoria Merry, Ron Rudiger, Jr., James 
Seymour, Fletcher Seymour, Wende Struss, Laurin Kinney and the late Brandon 
Rudiger; and 6 great grandchildren; Kaya and Olivia Merry and Elena, Erika, 
Ella and Ethan Rudiger.

Age 85 years; a native of New Orleans and a resident of Slidell since 1959. He 
served his country in US Navy during WWII, he was Past Master of Slidell Lodge 
311 F.&A.M. and he was a retired Accounting Manager for Delta Steamship Lines 
of New Orleans.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at 
HONAKER FUNERAL HOME, 1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), Slidell, 
LA on Monday, October 31, 2011 from 9:00am until 11:00am. Funeral services will 
begin at 11:00am. 
Interment will follow in Lake Lawn Metairie Cemetery, New Orleans, LA.

Donations to The National Kidney Foundation at www.kidney.org is preferred, in 
lieu of flowers.
