Amelia Carbone Beals, 78, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2011, at 10:15 a.m. 

She was the beloved wife of the late Calvin Beals Sr.; 
mother of the late Calvin Beals Jr., Mitchell Beals, Michael Beals Sr., and 
Haralyn Beals Malasovich and sister of Thomas Carbone Jr., and the late Josie 
Carbone Scriven. 
She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and two 
great-great-grandchildren. 

She was a native of New Orleans, a resident of Abita Springs and Slidell for 
the past two years.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the memorial service 
from 6 – 9 p.m. Tuesday Nov. 22, 2011 at The Village Lutheran Church, 29180 
U.S. Highway 190, Lacombe
