Leslie Anne Molbert Dame, 28, of Slidell, passed away at her home on November 
24, 2011. 

She was born in Slidell, LA on July 10, 1983. 
Leslie graduated from Slidell High school and received her nursing degree from 
Pearl River Community College. 
Leslie and her husband Mark Christopher Dame were married on October 10, 2003. 
Leslie was a staff nurse at Slidell Memorial Hospital and a member of Grace 
Memorial Baptist Church. 
Leslie was an inspiration to everyone she met and used her diagnosis of cancer 
as a platform to share her faith. 

She was survived by her husband Mark, her parents Michael and Jane Molbert and 
sister, Claire Molbert Abney. 

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a memorial service at 
Grace Memorial Baptist Church, 58516 Pearl Acres Rd. Slidell, LA 70461 on 
Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at 7 pm, doors will open at 6pm. 

In lieu of flowers please make donations to Slidell Memorial Hospital Cancer 
Center in memory of Leslie Dame.
