ELESER, DOLORES EAST 
(August 7, 1926 - November 14, 2011)

DOLORES EAST ELESER, of Slidell, LA, passed away on Monday, November 14, 2011 
at Ochsner Foundation Hospital In Jefferson, LA.

Beloved wife of Cary S. Eleser for the past 66 years.
Mother of Nancy Brandt (Mike), Gregory Eleser, Judy Eleser, Carol Darbonne 
(Ike), Lynn Grice (Ronnie), Dennis Eleser, Patricia Robbins (Steve) and the 
late Cary Eleser and Stephen Eleser.
Sister of Glen East of New Orleans and the late Clarence East, Vera Addotto, 
Warrick East, Gordon East and Alan East.
Also survived by 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Age 85 years; a native of New Orleans and a resident of Slidell since 1996. 

After raising her family, Mrs. Eleser was a proof reader for the Slidell Daily 
Times and also the Daily Advertiser in Lafayette, LA. She was a parishioner of 
St. John of the Cross Catholic Church in Lacombe, LA.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral mass at 
HONAKER FUNERAL HOME, 1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), Slidell, 
LA on Friday, November 18, 2011 at 11:00am. Visitation will be from 9:00am 
until 11:00am. 
Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. 

Donations to: St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital at www.stjude.org is 
preferred, in lieu of flowers.
