She was the daughter of the late B. F. and Julia McCollum Lummus. A native of Hickory Grove, Miss., she lived in Starkville, Miss., until 1948, a resident of Port Gibson, Miss., until 1954; and Hazlehurst, Miss., for the next 52 years. In August 2006 she moved to Mandeville. Bee was preceded in death by two sisters, Sue Blankenship and Sara Shaneman, and four brothers, Arthur, Eckford, Winfred and Wilburn Lummus. She was the beloved and dedicated mother of Mare F. Sollberger (Ken) of Mandeville, Jerry A. Fulgham of Bossier City, Betty F. Weathersby (the late Alan) of Wesson, Miss., and Ken R. Fulgham of Flower Mound, Texas. She was lovingly known as “MiMi” to her grandchildren, Meredith and Meagan Hodge, Brittney and Morgan Fulgham, Adam and Hayden Weathersby, Vaughn (Stefani) Sollberger all of Mandeville, Peter (Edie) Sollberger of Beeville, Texas, and great-grandchildren Avery and Adelaide Sollberger of Mandeville. Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church of Hazlehurst, Miss. Private funeral services will be held. Internment is in Hazlehurst City Cemetery.
