JENKINS, VERNON L 
July 9, 1951 - October 29, 2011 	

Vernon L. Jenkins, age 80, passed away on October 29, 2011. 

He is the beloved husband Betty Threeton Jenkins and the father of Lorraine
(Darrell) Willis, Karen Larmeu, Vernon Darrell (Deborah) Jenkins, Kevin 
(Danette) Jenkins and Gregory (Shannon) Jenkins. 

He will be greatly missed by his nine grandchildren and five great-
grandchildren, one brother (Hubert Jenkins) and one sister (Margaret Bryant). 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Alex and Edna Jenkins, four sisters 
and five brothers. 

He was a long time resident of Covington, LA , before moving to Mt. Hermon, LA 
where he resided for the last eighteen years.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Service in the Chapel 
of Bagnell & Son Funeral Home, 75212 Lee Road, Covington, LA 70435 on Friday, 
November 4, 2011 at 2:00 PM. Visitation from 12:30 PM until service time
