Paul E. Matherne, Jr. passed away Monday, November 21, 2011. 

He was born in New Orleans on December 19, 1933 to the late Paul E. and Janet 
Allen Matherne and has been a resident of Mandeville since 2006.

The beloved husband of the late Madge Beck Matherne, he is survived by two 
sons, Paul E. III (Chauvon) and Gary A. Matherne (Lorena); six grandchildren: 
Paul E. IV, Brant, Gary, Jr. (Torrie), Christopher, Kenneth and Gabriela 
Matherne and three great grandchildren: Ava, Mia and Lana Matherne

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral mass at 
11:00 AM on Friday, November 25, 2011 at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 
21st Ave. Covington, LA 70433.

Visiting hours will begin Friday at 9:00 AM.

Interment at Biloxi National Cemetery will take place on Monday, November 28, 
2011 at 1:30 PM.
