BARBARA MARTIN MONTGOMERY, of Slidell, LA, passed away on Saturday, November 5, 
2011 at her home in Slidell, LA.

Beloved mother of Vikki Martin Headrick, Barbara Kathryn Martin, Adriene Martin 
Butts, Deborah Leigh Martin and Shawn Martin Fagot.

Daughter of the late Hugh and Elizabeth Barnett.

Sister of Anthony Barnett and the late Thomas Barnett.

Also survived by 8 grandchildren; Christopher Howard, Kevin Buckley, Chad 
Buckley, Corey Butts, Codey Butts, Katherine Alphonso, Christina Edwards, 
Brooke Fagot, and 5 great grandchildren; Chad, Jr., Richard, Kaden, Shaelyn 
Buckley and Christian Alphonso.

Age 75 years; a native of Marion, VA and a resident of Slidell since 1963. 
Barbara was a member of Grace Memorial Baptist Church in Slidell, LA and was a 
former member of the Krewe of Perseus of Slidell, LA.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a memorial service at 
Calvary Baptist Church, 1615 Old Spanish Trail, Slidell, LA 70458 on Friday, 
November 11, 2011 at 7:00pm. Visitation will be at church from 5:00pm until 
7:00pm.
