She was born in New Orleans on May 26, 1933 to the late Joseph and Mae Fitzpatrick Dupuy. The beloved wife of the late Ferdinand Neyrey, she is survived by three children: Kim N. Borbonaro (Wayne), Jim Neyrey (Suzanne) and Joe Neyrey; one brother, Bill Dupuy; four grandchildren: Jed, Tina, Colt and Jamie; five great grandchildren: Tabitha, Deliha, Shane, Nola, Dillon and several loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister, Andress Friloux and four brothers: Joseph, John, Robert and Buck Dupuy. Mrs. Neyrey was a native of New Orleans but lived most of her life in her beloved St. Bernard Parish, where she was employed for 15 years at Nadustco, Inc. She lived in Texas following hurricane Katrina before moving to Covington. The immediate family would like to express the most sincere gratitude to their extended family for all the love, support and care they gave to Mavis during her time in Texas. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services at 12:00 Noon on Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Ave. Covington, LA 70433. Visiting hours will begin Wednesday at 10:00 AM. Interment at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens in Covington will immediately follow services. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Susan G.
