She was one of six children. She was raised in Mandeville and entered into holy matrimony with Anderson Fulton Jr. of Mandeville. They raised four children and were happily married for 32 years until separated by his death in Chicago in 1977. She returned to Mandeville in 1980 to help care for her ailing mother. Four of her siblings preceded her in death, O’Neil, Theodore, Marie Cade Butler and Clifford. She leaves to mourn, one loving sister, Ella Cade Carrier; her four devoted children, Beverly Watson and Dwight Sr. of Mandeville, Sheldon Sr. and Andrea of Brooklyn, N.Y. She also leaves to mourn, two grandsons, Dwight Jr. of Florida and Craig of Chicago, and one who preceded her in death, Sheldon Jr. In addition, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends will greatly miss her smile, her wit and her warm and inspiring ways. The funeral Mass will be at 11 a.m. today at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church, 300 Lafitte St., Mandeville. Visitation is from 10 – 11 a.m. Interment is in Mandeville Cemetery. Repast will be at the Goodwill Baptist Church, 3338 John W. Moore Ave., Mandeville. Arrangements handled by N.A. James Funeral Home, Hammond. ===================
