HILL, MARGARET MAGGIE 
(Died December 11, 2011)

MARGARET (“MAGGIE”) WYCOFF HILL, wife of the late Burton Hill, and a resident 
of Slidell for 45 years, passed away on Sunday, December 11, 2011.

She was born in Russell Springs, Kansas March 11, 1935 to the late Leon and 
Amber Wycoff. 

She is survived by her three children, Kyle D. Bowser(Valerie), Kent H. 
Bowser(Ann), Slidell, La.,and Susan Bowser Brusa(Gary), McKinny, TX., eight 
grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She is also survived by step 
daughters, Constance H. Hogrefe(Gary), N.Ft. Myers, FL and Laura H. Lato, Mt. 
Laurel, N.J.

Sister of Charles E. Wycoff, Clermont, FL, Nathan L. Wycoff, Aurora, CO, Thomas 
A. Wycoff, Westminister, CO and Betty W. Boxler, Littleton, CO. 

Upon retirement from the newspaper business, she became an avid bridge player 
and volunteer, and an active member of First United Methodist Church.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Memorial Services 
at First United Methodist Church, 433 Erlanger Avenue, Slidell, La. on 
Wednesday, December 14, 2011 at 1:00 P.M., FOLLOWED by reception at the church 
from 2:00 until 3:00 p.m. 
Private Interment will be in Biloxi National Cemetery.

of flowers
