ROY DAVID ‘TOOKER’, ‘CATFISH’ McMANUS, SR, of Slidell, LA on Saturday, December 
17, 2011,

Beloved Husband of: Ruth C. Inneratity McManus
Father of: Amos’Drew’ McManus, Durwin M. McManus, Alana Ann McManus Peltier, 
Sonya Patricia McManus Mayo, And the late Roy David ‘Tookie’ McManus, Jr.
Brother of: Royce Julian ‘Biggie’ McManus, And the late: Charles Andrew 
McManus, Mary Agnes McManus, and Annie Mae McManus.
Also survived by 13 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren.

Age: 81 years.

A native and life long resident of Slidell LA., a loving husband of 61 years, 
father, grandfather, and great grandfather. 
Mr. McManus was a retired member of Plumbers & Steamfitters Local No. 60, 
Former Owner and Captian of Swamp Monster Tours, an Avid Louisiana Sportsman, 
LSU, Saints, and Lakers fan, and a parishioner of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic 
Church.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at 
HONAKER FUNERAL HOME, 1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), Slidell, 
LA on Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at 11:00 A.M.

Rev. Frank Lipps, Celebrant.

Interment in GREENWOOD CEMETERY. Slidell, LA

Visitation on Monday evening from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. and on Tuesday after 
9:00 A.M. until funeral time.
