MONTGOMERY, JACK R 
August 21, 1981 - December 10, 2011 	

Jack Raymond Montgomery, age 30 years, passes away on Saturday, December 10, 2011. 

Loving son of Glenn and Eula Montgomery. 
Brother of Rebecca M. Lee. 

Jack brightened the lives of everyone he met. 

He is also survived by one niece, two nephews and many cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Service in the Chapel 
of Bagnell & Son Funeral Home, 75212 Lee Road, Covington, LA 70435 on Friday, 
December 16, 2011 at 1:00 PM. Visitation from 11:00 AM until service time.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Waldheim United Methodist 
Church Building Fund, 77067 Hwy. 21, Covington, LA 70435
