Floyd Victor Perrilloux, Sr. passed away Wednesday, December 21, 2011 in 
Folsom, LA. He was born in Ponchatoula on July 6, 1921 to the late Walter 
Benedict and Viola Edwards Perrilloux and was a resident of St. Tammany Parish 
since 1954.

The beloved husband of the late Edna Mae Dewitt Perrilloux for 64 years, he is 
survived by three sons: Ronald L. (Valerie), Kenneth P. (Carol), Leon 
Perrilloux (Connie); two daughters-in-law, Betty and Doris Perrilloux; 14 
grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. He 
was preceded in death by two sons, Floyd V., Jr. and Larry E. Perrilloux; two 
brothers and six sisters.

Mr. Perrilloux was honored by the U.S. Army which presented him with the Purple 
Heart for the brave and courageous service he offered for our country’s freedom 
during World War II. He worked hard for many years as an auto mechanic and was 
an honest, diligent and resourceful mentor to his offspring. He leaves behind a 
close, loving family and a great legacy for this community.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral service 
at 2:00 PM on Friday, December 23, 2011 at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 
21st Ave. Covington, LA 70433.

A wake is scheduled from 6-9:00 PM on Thursday, December 22, 2011 with visiting 
hours beginning Friday at 12:00 Noon.

Interment at the Morse Cemetery in Bedico, LA will immediately follow services.
