TAYLOR, ISHMEL W. 
(Died December 5, 2011)

ISHMEL ‘ISH’ WORTH TAYLOR, age 78 years, of Slidell, LA on Monday, December 5, 
2011.

Beloved Husband of Margaret Mann Taylor.
Father of Rebecca Carollo(David), Raymond Taylor(Cindy), Sharon Deynoodt and 
the late Donald Taylor(JoEllen).

He is survived by one sister, Mary Childers of Oklahoma. Also survived by 14 
grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

A native of Ft. Towson, Ok, and a resident of Slidell since 1962. He was the 
owner of Taylor’s Automotive Service Center, Slidell, La. He served 10 years in 
the U.S.Marine Corps and was a Korean War Veteran. He was a Deacon and member 
of Northside Baptist Church.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Services 
at Northside Baptist Church, 61411 Hwy 1091, Slidell, LA on Friday, December 9, 
2011 at 1:00 P.M.

Interment in FOREST LAWN CEMETERY.

Visitation on Friday after 11:00 A.M. until funeral time.

Donations to the American Cancer Society, or the American Heart Association, 
preferred, in lieu of flowers.
