CANDIE THOMAS, age 33, of Slidell, LA, passed away on Tuesday, December 6, 
2011, in Covington, Louisiana.

Beloved daughter of Lauren Thomas and the late Clark Thomas Sr.; 
Sister of Kellie Thomas, twin sister Casie T. Ulschak, and Clark Thomas Jr.; 
aunt of Michelle Ulschak, Michael Ulschak Jr., Melanie Ulschak, Savannah 
Thomas, Trey Thomas III, and Cameron Thomas. 

Candie will be missed by her beloved companion “Spot”. A native and lifelong 
resident of Slidell, Candie was a 1997 graduate of Slidell High School. 

Memorial Gifts may be made to the Slidell Animal Control, 2700 Terrace Avenue, 
Slidell, LA 70458-4516.
