VAUGHN

Jacquelyn Robinson Vaughn entered into eternal rest surrounded by her loving 
children and grandson Thursday, Nov. 30, 2011 after a long battle with multiple 
sclerosis at the tender age of 49.

She was a member of House of Prayer and Life Full Gospel Pentecostal Church in 
Franklinton.

She was the devoted mother of Tony D. Vaughn, Jr. and Kayla L. Vaughn and 
loving grandmother of Tayden J. Banks.

She was preceded in death by, her parents, Eugene Singletary and Lou Reather 
Mae Robinson.

Jackie is survived by three sisters, Juanita Lobban, Marie Robinson and Chauncy 
Singletary; five brothers, Rodney (Patricia) Robinson, Nicholas (Lorraine) 
Robinson, Charles (Cheryl) Robinson, Stephen Singletary and Terrance 
Singletary; a stepmother Jewel Singletary; aunt Julie M. Gaines; one uncle 
Nicholas Gaines and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.

She was born in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and lived in Slidell.

Her everlasting smile will live in our hearts forever.

The funeral service was held yesterday at Doyle’s Funeral Home, 2430 Fourth 
St., Slidell.

Interment was in Honaker Forest Lawn Cemetery.

Arrangements entrusted to Doyle’s Funeral Home.
