TROY A. ADAMS, JR., of Slidell, LA, passed away on Saturday, January 21, 2012 
at his home in Slidell, LA.

Beloved husband of the late Betty O’Donnell Adams.
Son of the late Troy A. Adams, Sr., and Janie Henry Adams. 
Also survived by loving friends George and Faith Jones and Jerry Don Williamson 
and children, his canine companion Petie and cousins; Wanda Clevenger, JoAnn 
Davidson, Bonnie Conor and Melba G. Woodson.

Age 88 years; a native of Bowie County, TX and a resident of Slidell since 
1977. Mr. Adams served his country in US Army and was a Pearl Harbor Survivor. 
He was a retired District Director of I.N.S., New Orleans District for 12 years 
and 34 years of Service from 1944-1978. He was a member of Richmond Lodge #10 
A.F.& A.M. and Scothish Rite-Valley of New Orleans.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services 
at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME, 1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), 
Slidell, LA on Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at 12:00pm. Visitation will be from 
10:00am until 12:00pm. 
Interment will follow in Biloxi National Cemetery, Biloxi, MS at 2:30pm.
