MARGARET TEKIPPE ALPHONSO, age 66, a longtime resident of St. Bernard Parish, 
passed away on Monday, January 23, 2012, in Slidell, Louisiana. 

Beloved Wife of Frank J. Alphonso;
Mother of Connie Alphonso, Keith J. Alphonso (wife Lisa), Sheri Alphonso Moss 
(husband Chuck), and Curt J. Alphonso (wife Carla);
Daughter of the late Walter and Margaret Tekippe;
Sister of Vincent Tekippe, Bernard Tekippe, Charles Tekippe, Marci Tekippe 
Malinsky, Edward Tekippe, and the late Msgr Terry J.Tekippe and Denis Tekippe; 
Also survived by seven grandchildren: Melissa Alphonso, Nicholas Viverito, 
Donovan Viverito, Cameron Lackey, Luke Alphonso, Owen Alphonso, and Dylan Moss.

Margaret was born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, moved as a child to New Orleans, and 
was a resident of St. Bernard Parish since 1976. She moved to Slidell in 2007.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral. A 
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME, 1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST 
(IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), Slidell, LA on Saturday, January 28, 2012 at 1:00 
P.M.

Friends may visit at the funeral home on Saturday beginning at 11:00am.
