GOMEZ

James C. “Sonny” Gomez passed away Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2012, at Ochsner Medical 
Center - Northshore in Slidell.

He served in the U.S. Air Force for five years during the Korean War. He worked 
as an installer for Louisiana Gas Co. for 23 years.

He is survived by his son, Mark Gomez, and two grandchildren, Jeremy and Chris 
Gomez. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Elizabeth Gomez, and wife 
Elsie Gomez.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until noon tomorrow at D.T. Williams Funeral 
Home, 67525 Highway 41, Pearl River. 
Services will be at noon in the funeral home chapel. 
Interment will follow in the Audubon Cemetery, Pearl River.
