Elizabeth Rooney Hart age 51, entered into eternal life on January 30, 2012 
after a long illness.

A native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Ponchatoula, LA. for the past 6 
years. 

She is the beloved wife of Eric Hart, daughter of the late Michael Rooney and 
sister of the late Laurie Rooney Stubbs.

Elizabeth is survived by her loving daughter Carly Hart and her beloved mother 
Lita Gravois Rooney. 
Also survived by her brothers Michael Jr. and Patrick Rooney and a sister Mary 
Lee Rooney, with many nieces and nephews. 

Beth lived in River Ridge, LA until marriage; she attended St Matthew Apostle 
Grammar School and graduated from Archbishop Chapelle High School. She then 
became a nurse and married Eric Hart where they lived in Metairie, LA until 
moving to Ponchatoula, LA.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Our lady of 
Perpetual Help, 531 Williams Blvd, Kenner, LA. on Friday February 3, 2012, at 
12:00 pm. Visitation from 10:30 am until service time.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
