BARR

John P. “Jack” Barr, 64, of Slidell, passed away, Friday, Jan. 27, 2012.

He was the beloved son of Theone “Patsy” Meyer and the late Wallace W. Barr 
Jr.; stepson of Earl H. Meyer; brother of Wallace W. Barr III, Robert C. Barr 
and the late James C. Barr and stepbrother of Dawn M. Muscarello, Pamela M. 
Wang and Earl H. Meyer II. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

He was a native of New Orleans and a resident of Slidell.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a memorial Mass at 11 
a.m. tomorrow at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 1050 Robert Blvd., Slidell. 
Visitation will be at the church from 9–11 a.m. 

Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
