BENNETT, JOHN W 
October 30, 1949 - February 16, 2012 	

John William Bennett, 62 passed away Thursday February 16, 2012 at Lakeview 
Regional Medical Center. 

He was born in Bay St Louis, MS, grew up in Pearl River, LA and lived in Bush, 
LA. 

He was the son of William “Bubba” Bennett and Ruby May Petit-Crawford. 
He is survived by his loving wife, Linda T. Bennett and his stepfather Arnold 
Crawford, siblings Mike Bennett, Terry Crawford, Carol Bennett, William “Bubba” 
Bennett and Debbie Martin. 
He had five children, John K. Bennett, Steven Bennett, Julie Bennett-Lee, Mandy 
Drake and Shane B. Bennett and 14 grandchildren, Leigha, Ethan, Kaiden, 
AnnaBella, Lucas, Tanner, Christian, Carter, Jarred, Jullian, Joey, Dakota, and 
Vincent.

Services were held on Thursday February 16, 2012.
