COCHRAN, JOY A. 
April 11, 1939 - February 23, 2012

Joy A. Burch Cochran passed away on February 23, 2012 in Bogalusa, Louisiana at 
the age of 72. 

Daughter of the late Nova and Bessie Fisher Burch. 
Mother of Dena and Jimmy Holden; Fred Cochran, Lucinda Destarkey and Dena & 
Jimmy McNabb. 
Sister of Faye Burch Ellis (Pete), Willie Burch, and sister-in-law Edwina 
Burch. 
Grandmother of eight grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 3, 2012 at 2:00 pm at 
Southern Baptist Church of Varnado, 62075 Seal Rd. 

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the American Cancer 
Society, Diabetes Foundation or the American Heart Association. 

Serenity Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
