Theresa “Teme” Pichon Faciane, 96, died Jan. 25, 2012, at Slidell Memorial 
Hospital.

She was the daughter of the late Frank and Aline Pichon. 
She was preceded in death by three sisters, Lillian Faciane, Josephine Dumas 
and Leona Sylvas; one brother, Marcel Pichon; a daughter-in-law, Evella 
Faciane; and a son-in-law, Lucien Daniels. 

She leaves to mourn a loving and devoted husband of 72 years, Frederick 
Faciane; eight children, Howard Faciane (Sharon), Evelyn Daniels, Jean Brookter 
(Louis), Janie Jones (Ronnie), from Slidell, Edith Robinson (LK), Lorita Broady 
from Vallejo, Calif., Glenn Faciane (Una) and Melinda Faciane (Eric), from 
Slidell; a special nephew, Ervin Faciane (Theresa), of Redondo Beach, Calif.; 
12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild and a host 
of nieces and nephews.

A funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. tomorrow at St. Genevieve Catholic 
Church, 58203 Louisiana Highway 433, Slidell, with the Rev. Roel Lungay 
officiating. 
Visitation will be from 9-11 a.m. Rosary will begin at 10:15 a.m. 
Interment will be in the Morgan Heirs Cemetery off Mainegra Road
