Emmett A. Mouier, Sr. passed away on Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at the age of 
82.

Husband by first marriage to the late Rosalie Tusa and by second marriage to 
Pauline Casler Mouier. 
Loving father of Michael Mouier and the late Emmett Mouier, Jr. Step-father of 
Randall Poteet and Kevin Poteet. 
Son of the late Josephine Kennedy Mouier and Alphonse Mouier. 
Brother of Gloria Frost and the late Irma Bonura and Alphonse Mouier, Jr. 
Also survived by seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, nieces and 
nephews.

He was a native of New Orleans, a graduate of Holy Cross High School, a member 
of Banter Fraternity, and a Third and Fourth Degree Knight of the Knights of 
Columbus at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Mandeville where he has 
resided for the past thirteen years.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Memorial Mass at 
Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church, 312 Lafitte St., Mandeville, LA 70448 on 
Saturday, February 11, 2012 at 11:00 AM with visitation at church on Saturday 
from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM.

Inurnment will follow in St. Louis Cemetery #3.

In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer MASSES be offered in memory of Mr. 
Mouier.
