Born on April 18, 1954 in Little Rock, AR, Bill graduated from Slidell High School and attended University of Arkansas, where he played football as an Arkansas Razorback. He lived in California, Florida, and Texas before settling down in Metairie 16 years ago. Since Katrina, he had been employed by Whole Foods Market. He loved travel, music, reading, cooking, gardening, art, and philosophy. He was loyally devoted to his family and friends. Son of Ina Lapeyrolerie Brownlow and the late William Crandall Brownlow, Sr.; Brother of Maria B. Parks (John) of Baton Rouge, Debbie B. Moore (Artie) of Houston, Jeff Brownlow of Aberdeen, WA, Laura B. Franco (Will) of Slidell, and Stephanie B. Loman (Sean) of Slidell. Uncle of Becki Dalrymple, Jennifer Rossel, Ami McGucken, Stuart Parks, Hannah Brownlow, and Alex Franco. Great Uncle of Tori Moore, Kyra Dalrymple, Kaleb Dalrymple, Katie Dalrymple, and Evie Dalrymple. Friend to all who knew him, Bill enjoyed life to the fullest. He had a glimmer in his eyes, a mischievous smile, and he loved to make people laugh. Though he will be greatly missed by family and friends, we know he is resting in the arms of Our Lord. Visitation will be from 10:00am – 12:00pm on Monday, April 2, 2012, at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 1050 Robert Blvd, Slidell LA 70458. Mass and funeral to follow.
