She was born April 30, 1922 in New Orleans to the late Edward and Viola Neeb Osborne. The beloved wife of the late Albert J. Frey, Sr., she is survived by her son, Albert (Jay) Frey, Jr. (Gretchen); five daughters: Joanne Claire Frey, Ruth Frey Bertucci (Dr. Bryan), Mary Anne Frey Schindler (Ronnie), Claire Frey Musgrove (Phil Horton) and Amy Lynn Frey (Jeff Archer); 22 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren and her nephew, Richard (Buddy) Osborne. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Monica Jane Frey Burke (Ed); one son, John Edward Frey and two brothers, Hilliard and Richard Osborne. She was a graduate of Ursuline Academy. The family would like to express their sincere gratitude for the loving care given by the staff of Heritage Manor, angels here on earth. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral mass at 2:00 PM on Saturday, March 31, 2012 from the church at St. Joseph Abbey 75376 River Road St. Benedict, LA 70457. A wake is scheduled for Friday, March 30, 2012 from 6-8:00 PM at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Ave. Covington, LA 70433 with visiting hours beginning Saturday at 11:30 AM. A funeral procession to St. Joseph Abbey Church will leave the funeral home at 1:30 PM. Interment at St. Joseph Abbey Cemetery will immediately follow mass. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Heritage Manor Activity Department, 1820 W. Causeway App. Mandeville, LA 70471. ===================
