HELEN LOUISE FOGG VAUGHN GOMEZ, of St. Tammany, LA, passed away on Friday, 
March 9, 2012.

Beloved wife of Henry A. Gomez and by the first marriage to the late Hubert 
Vernon Vaughn, Sr.

Mother of Michael Joseph Vaughn(Judy), Marilyn Louise Vaughn Crosby and the 
late Hubert Vernon Vaughn, Jr.(Dixie).

Sister of the late Monroe Paul Fogg and Clara Belle Smith.

Grandmother of seven and great grandmother of twelve .

A native and lifelong resident of St. Tammany Parish, La.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Services 
at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME, 1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), 
Slidell, LA on Wednesday, March 14, 2012 at 11:00 A.M.

Interment in FOREST LAWN CEMETERY.

Visitation on Wednesday after 9:00 A.M. until funeral time.
