Helen Pichon Larche, 79, entered into eternal rest Monday, Feb, 27, 2012. 

She was born to the late Veronica and Eli Pichon Sr. Sept. 20, 1932, in 
Slidell. 

She was the devoted wife of James Larche, Sr. for 57 years; beloved mother of 
James Larche, Jr.,Gary Larche(Tammy), Cedric Larche(Kimberly), and Travis 
Larche(Leslie); grandmother of Ashley, Taylor, Connor and Tamara Larche and 
great-grandmother of David Eli LaViscount. She is also survived by sister, 
Phyllis Dejan(Austin) of New Orleans, and brothers, Eli Pichon, Jr.(Elaine) and 
Alvin Pichon(Geraldine). 

She was preceded in death by brothers, Roland Pichon(Jeanette) and sisters 
Margie Pichon (Alphonse) of Los Angeles, Calif., and Lois Dauphin(Merlin). 

She will be dearly missed by a host of nieces and nephews.

She was a dedicated parishioner of St. Genevieve Catholic Church and will be 
remembered for her love of family, gardening, and excellent cooking.

The funeral service was held yesterday at St. Genevieve Catholic Church, 
Slidell, 
Interment was in Dubuisson Cemetery. 

Arrangements are by Doyle’s Funeral Home.
